Welcome Home Vets maintains an all-volunteer staff. Such services as VA benefits navigation, bookkeeping and accounting, IT support, public relations, social media support, volunteer coordinating, office management and even housekeeping all derive from volunteers serving in unpaid positions.  

Accordingly, the generosity and benevolence of our volunteers remain one of Welcome Home Vets' primary assets. Our volunteers give their time and their talent because they believe in our veterans and they believe in the good and necessary work of Welcome Home Vets. They do it without any expectation of a paycheck or perk because they share a desire to help our military men and women heal from the "invisible wounds of war."  

Without our volunteer support, Welcome Home Vets simply would not function.
